Exit 146/Little Chute, proceed north on CTY TRK N/Freedom Road 1.2 miles. Turn left at CTY TRK JJ/Edgewood. Continue to follow CTY TRK JJ for 1.25 miles. Turn left at CountrySide Veterinary Service W3022 Edgewood Trail, Appleton, WI 54913.
