Dr. Leah Nehila

Dr. Leah Nehila grew up in Round Lake, Illinois. She feels lucky to have grown up with family pets, and in an area with a lot of wildlife. She attended the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater earning a degree in Biology. She then completed her DVM at the University of Illinois in 2023.
Dr. Nehila loves the variety that veterinary medicine offers and is especially interested in surgery, anesthesiology, and preventative medicine. She is passionate about public service and is excited to give back to the community.
In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, being outdoors, and exploring with her Great Pyrenees, Denali.
