"There was a slight mixup of which CountrySide vet we had to go to (we called one and made an appointment and then went to a different one as I didn't realize there were multiple offices), but they were incredibly kind about the mix up and notified the other office we were coming. Then when we got to the correct office, the initial vet we were supposed to see was running behind or was busy, so we had a bit of waiting to do. The office then asked us if we would like to see a different vet so we didn't have to wait (it was our first time with our dog, Ciri, so it didn't matter to us), and then another vet came in and helped us right away. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding about our dog's health and even gave us new insight as to why my dog might be having chronic problems. She gave me multiple options as to what to do to remedy these issues for my dog, and was up front about the cost of them all too. Speaking with her made up for the waiting in SPADES and I was incredibly happy with the service. Definitely will be bringing my other animals here too!!"
